Our Staff
I have to admit that we do recruit staff each year to a certain
extent on their ability to survive the rigours of a serious 10 day party. It would
be no use if they chickened out after a couple of days of working all day and
partying all night.
In fact we do have a small number of vacancies still available for
cleaning girls for this year’s fiesta if you are interested in finding out more

Sometimes some of my female staff have been drinking heavily and
have let their normally high moral standards drop a little. However we forgive this
in the heat of the fiesta. But rest assured, should any of the young
good-looking girls that work for the Posse end up in your bed (translate that
into great good-looking hunks for the lady punters) then there will be no extra
charge! It is all part of the Pamplona Posse ethos which values excellent
customer satisfaction above all else.
I have decided to include this section as part of my “Managing
Customers Expectation Program” just incase we have
any complaints about our staff having the occasional 26 drinks and enjoying
themselves. Everybody is part of the Pamplona Posse, both staff and punters and
I am sure everybody will have a fantasic time at the
fiesta. If wild partying and having a crazy time is not your idea of fun then
maybe you are going to the wrong place. Even if you are a bit older, you can
take a step back and gaze at the younger ones having a ball and quietly think
about ‘how you wish you did that when you were younger’ Or like myself you can
try and join in until you either fall down because you are old, or get a slap
because you might have gone slightly too far. The choice is yours, we cater for
all ages from 16 to 76, yes we have people who are at those extremes and the 76
year old woman, certainly has as much fun as the 16
year olds (who have Mum of Dad watching their every move!)
Just to try and give a small taste of what to expect I have
include some picture which focus on our staff ‘on the job’ customer service
training that they undergo during the fiesta.

finds out how to mix the perfect drink, obviously she is worried about spilling
and is using her shirt as a bib. This demonstrates clear thinking and a liberal
attitude. I am sure that this young lady will go far in the field of customer relations.
We find that our staff join in the party and mix socially with the
punters very well. However our staff have to last the whole fiesta and do not
just do a quick three days as many of the punters do, hence they do have to
pace themselves.
We try all the time to engender a good party spirit within the
Posse, for 
example we will meet up to all go to the
fireworks together (bring along some booze and something to eat).
