MESSAGE FOR FIRST TIME RUNNERS

You do not have to be as fast as this character to run with the bulls. It is not a question of being fast as fgreased-lightning, but I must admit having a bit of pace has never done any runner any harm. Far more useful than speed, is knowledge. The more you know about the run, the more you will enjoy it and the better your run will be. So if this is going to be your first time then make sure that you have somebody that knows the ropes to explain what happens. Take the time to walk the course with an experienced runner, and make sure you read a bit about the run itself.
